Here are 3 steps to help you on the road to a successful approach:
The first step is to commit to a realistic time commitment. If you can only manage 10 minutes, then that needs to be your starting point. If you commit to a realistic amount of time, you have a better chance of sticking to that and making it a lifestyle change.
The second step is you need to believe that you can succeed. You need to wake up every day with a belief that the time is now for you to make small changes towards your goals.
And the third step is to find a "reliability" partner, whether that's your friend or a group of friends that are going to keep you accountable to your new time commitment to moving your body every day.
